Delivery is within the Netherlands €6.00 for purchases under €49.00. Over €49.00 shipping is free of charge. Fot Belgium and Luxembourg the cost is €10.00 for purchases under €59.00. Over €59.00 purchase order the shipping is free.
Standard Shipping
Delivery takes place at street level, without telephone notice, in front of the house number indicated in the delivery address. For ordinary delivery, we use couriers who offer an express service throughout Italy within 24-72 hours.
The products purchased on www.flokysocks.nl are all handcrafted and packaged directly by COFFINARDI & DELPANNO INDUSTRIES Srl. And distributed from The Netherlands by Floky Socks Benelux.
Refund Policy
To make a return, simply send an e-mail to the following address: info@flokysocks.nl
We will need to know the order number and the person who purchased.
We will ask the reason for the return or exchange and within 24 hours customer service will contact you to arrange collection of the goods.
Please remember that the return must be made within 15 days.
The refund will be made when the courier confirms receipt of the goods.
If you have ordered the wrong size, the cost of return is for the customer.
The correct size will be sent by us free of charge when we receive the returned product
Each product must be returned clean and without signs of use for consideration of our return policy.
The packaging must be original and undamaged.
